Over 50 delegates from International Relations offices at Universities of Applied Sciences all over Switzerland met at a 2-day conference in Olten on 26 and 27 November.  Main discussion concentrated on best practice examples of internationalisation and on the probable full participation of Switzerland in the Erasmus programme in 2011.

Nearly all of the 9 UASs were represented and most of the faculty areas as well.  Workshops were held among the faculty fields to exchange best practice examples and pool information.  Plenary sessions included presentations of international FHNW projects from both the School of Engineering and the School of Business and a reading by Olten author Alex Capus.
